Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Probability ("we", "us") collects when you use probability.solutions and our related pages, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question that isn't answered here, email us at ray@probabilityconsulting.com.
Information you give us
- Free rebuild requests. Your email address and the website address you send us.
- Booking a call. Your name, email address, phone number if you add one, business name, your notes about what you want from the call, your timezone, and the website or rebuild that led you to book.
- Messages. Anything you include when you email us.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our pages we record basic usage information so we can understand what is working:
- Pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, time spent on a page and how far you scroll.
- The site that referred you, and campaign tags in the link you followed (for example
utm_source). - Device type, screen size, and approximate country, which is derived from your IP address.
- Your IP address and browser details, stored with rebuild requests and bookings to prevent abuse and spam.
To recognize a returning browser, we set a first-party cookie named pb_uuid that lasts one year. It contains a random identifier, not your name or email. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or advertising pixels on this site.
Do Not Track. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, our analytics script does not run.
Business websites and rebuild previews
Our service involves rebuilding small business websites. To prepare a preview, we may use the publicly available content of a business's website, such as its text and images, along with publicly listed business details like the business name, website, phone number and business email address. We may contact a business about its preview using those details.
When we send a preview link, we record when it is opened and whether the booking button on it is clicked, and we connect that activity to the email address the preview was sent to. If you received a preview and would rather we didn't, tell us and we will delete it.
How we use information
- To build and send the rebuild previews you request.
- To schedule and hold calls, including confirmation and reminder emails and the video meeting link.
- To reply to your messages and follow up about our services. You can opt out of follow-ups at any time by replying or emailing us.
- To understand which pages, campaigns and channels bring people to us, and to improve the site.
- To keep our services secure and prevent spam and abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-site advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Probability, and only as needed for them to do that work:
- Cloudflare hosts our website and stores our data.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- Zoom hosts our video calls.
- Anthropic provides the AI that generates rebuilds from website content and any notes you give us.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr serve the fonts and code libraries our pages load, and receive your IP address when your browser requests them.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, such as delivering a rebuild or keeping a record of a booking. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Access, correction and deletion. Email ray@probabilityconsulting.com and we will send you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor those requests too.
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Emails. Reply to any email from us to stop further follow-ups.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
